Terms & Conditions

1. This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only. Proof of Purchase is a Pre-Requisite to claim warranty.

2. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Service Centre. Replacement will be offered only if the unit has a problem within the first 5 days.

3. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

4. The company or its authorized service Centre/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.

5. In the event of repairs/replacement, the unit will be picked up by authorized courier delivery person and the unit will be dispatched to our service centre. Within the warranty period, we shall repair and dispatch it back to the customer at zero cost.

6. For units outside the warranty period, we shall levy a repairing fee and courier charges (plus applicable GST).

7. Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service Centre and the product is found free from transit damage. In case of any transit damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service Centre on charges and warranty for unexpired period to continue.

8. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only. The maximum claims if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.

9. The warranty does not cover accessories external to the system.

10. The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of parts, which are found to be defective.

11. Any parts of the system replaced by the company at its discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.


1. Repair due to misuse/third party repair attempts are not covered in warranty.

2. Warranty does not cover repair due to external factors/medium/data types.

3. If the product is not used as per its usage specifications.

4. If the product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: Water Logging, Misuse, Abuse etc.)

5. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet.

6. Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service Centre or purchaser's residence.

7. Normal wear & tear.

8. The warranty is lost or damaged.
